Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and efficient manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
• Enter orders into the POS system (Point of Sale)
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service
• Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
• Clear and clean tables after customers have finished dining
• Assist with bussing duties as needed
• Handle cash transactions and process payments

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a restaurant or similar environment
• Knowledge of kitchen operations and food handling procedures
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures
• Proficiency in using POS systems, preferably Aloha POS
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to upsell menu items and provide recommendations to customers
• Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
