Responsibilities Deliver freshly prepared dishes from the kitchen to guests' tables efficiently and accurately, ensuring presentation standards are met. Clear and reset tables swiftly to maintain a clean and inviting dining environment. Assist servers by bussing tables, refilling beverages, and providing support during busy service periods. Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including wiping down surfaces, organizing utensils, and ensuring proper food handling procedures are followed. Support food preparation tasks as needed, including garnishing plates or assisting with basic kitchen duties under supervision. Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing when required. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate timely service and uphold high standards of guest satisfaction. Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential. Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and food safety regulations to ensure guest health and safety. Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods during shifts. Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Familiarity with restaurant operations including bussing, serving, and basic food preparation is advantageous.
