- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to our residents.
- Monitor resident satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests with professionalism and attentiveness.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, utensils, and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service.
- Uphold all health and safety guidelines and adhere to food safety regulations.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continually enhance skills.
- Previous experience in a serving role or dietary aid in a restaurant or similar environment preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to [weight] regularly.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines preferred.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
