The ideal candidate will play a vital role in enhancing our guests' dining experiences by providing exemplary service and showcasing our exquisite menu offerings. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor. Assisting server to create a over the top experience. Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation meets our standards. Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods. Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and order accuracy. Process payments using the POS system efficiently and accurately. Uphold cleanliness standards in the dining area and assist with bussing tables. Qualifications Previous experience as a server in a fine dining or upscale restaurant is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests. Knowledge of food safety practices and handling procedures. Familiarity with POS systems (Aloha or Micros preferred). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
