Duties Support servers by bussing tables promptly and efficiently to maintain a clean and inviting dining space Assist with food and beverage delivery, including refilling drinks, delivering orders from the kitchen, and ensuring guest satisfaction Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Toast POS, including handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all areas of food handling, beverage service, and dining spaces in accordance with food safety regulations Restock service stations with necessary supplies like napkins, utensils, glassware, and condiments to ensure smooth service flow Assist with food preparation tasks when needed, supporting kitchen staff to uphold quality standards in a fast-paced setting Engage with guests to provide friendly guest relations, answer basic questions about menu items such as wine or spirits knowledge, and promote upselling opportunities like specials or drink pairings Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS; experience with OpenTable is advantageous Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while multitasking efficiently Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately and handling cash safely Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Experience with beverage service including cocktails, spirits, wine knowledge, and drink service standards Previous roles such as host/hostess or busser provide valuable foundation for this position Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering memorable experiences!
