The Yardery is a family-oriented, dog-friendly outdoor bar and restaurant built around good food, yard games, and live weekend music. Our original Sanford location runs a busy mix of regular service and a heavy event schedule, so no two shifts look quite the same. We're growing fast, with a sister location in Mount Dora and two more on the way. The Role We're looking for experienced servers who deliver excellent customer service and thrive in a fast-paced outdoor environment. This is a full- or part-time position at $10.98/hour plus tips . What We're Looking For Prior serving experience — you know your way around a busy floor Reliable transportation or a dependable way to get to work Self-motivated and able to work with minimal hand-holding Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions Genuine hospitality — you anticipate guest needs and make people feel welcome Strong multitasking and grace under pressure Calm, effective problem-solving when issues come up A team player who pitches in wherever needed Adaptable and flexible as service and events shift Availability This role includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
