Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests. If you have a passion for mixology and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take orders, process payments, and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
• Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
• Provide recommendations on drink selections based on customer preferences
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations regarding the handling of food and beverages
• Maintain knowledge of current drink trends and new cocktail recipes
• Assist with bar inventory management and restocking as needed

Skills:

• Strong math skills for accurately processing payments and calculating change
• Proficiency in using POS (Point of Sale) systems for order entry and payment processing
• Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating recipe proportions
• Knowledge of retail math for pricing drinks and calculating profit margins
• Experience with Aloha POS system is a plus
• Familiarity with banquet operations is beneficial
• Excellent food service skills, including knowledge of proper food handling procedures
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly manner
