Take orders for in room guests Prepare trays in detail to deliver all orders Collect all carts/trays/plates/silverware/glassware from previous orders. Tray runs must be done in detail multiple times per shift Deliver all amenities prior to check-in Opening side work to prepare for the day Closing side work to set the next shift up for success Process all payments ensuring correct information Communicate with supervisor any complaints or compliments Adhere to the rules and regulations of the company as defined in the employee handbook Always wear appropriate uniform provided by company policy

Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED a plus but not required Previous experience a plus Must have courteous phone skills and the ability to take accurate messages The company also conducts post-offer employment verifications, motor vehicle, and criminal background checks.
