Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods Upsell menu items including cocktails, wines, spirits, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards Assist with food handling, sanitation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in accordance with health regulations Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns proactively Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms for processing transactions Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Strong customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle diverse customer needs Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for accurate check processing and cash handling Experience in food safety practices, food preparation, and sanitation standards within the food industry Join us if you're passionate about delivering memorable guest experiences through energetic service and expert knowledge.
