In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant, delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, expert beverage and food knowledge, and a lively, welcoming attitude. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely and correct processing of sales transactions Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktail and spirits service, with a focus on presentation and guest satisfaction Upsell menu items including wine, spirits, and specialty cocktails to enhance the guest experience and increase sales revenue Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety protocols Process cash transactions accurately while handling credit card payments via POS systems like OpenTable or other platforms Assist in food preparation or kitchen support as needed during busy periods to ensure smooth service flow Qualifications Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting, preferably with fine dining or nightclub exposure Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Demonstrated ability in beverage service including cocktails, spirits, wine knowledge, and drink presentation Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor that fosters guest relations Proven time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during high-volume hours Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Experience with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences through exceptional service!
