Responsibilities Safely handle and transport food orders from the kitchen to dining areas using proper manual handling techniques and heavy lifting practices Ensure food is delivered promptly and accurately to guests, maintaining presentation standards Assist with cleaning and bussing tables to uphold cleanliness and guest comfort throughout service Support food preparation tasks as needed, including plating or portioning ingredients in compliance with food safety standards Operate the POS Kitchen Display System to setup food orders, and deliver them to the correct tables Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to coordinate timely food running and service flow Maintain a clean, organized work environment Provide excellent guest services through friendly, professional in-person interactions and attentive customer service Qualifications Previous food service experience or restaurant background preferred, but not required Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and basic food preparation techniques Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and consistently follow safe lifting practices Familiarity with kitchen display systems Strong communication skills with a focus on guest services and teamwork Comfortable working in fast-paced environments requiring multitasking and quick thinking Training will be provided for this position.
