What You'll Do Welcome every guest with a genuine smile and friendly attitude, live hospitality! Manage the waitlist and seat guests efficiently. Answer phones professionally and assist with reservations. Communicate accurate wait times and keep guests informed. Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining room. Support servers and food runners when needed. Keep restrooms stocked and clean throughout your shift. Complete opening, running, and closing side work. Help create an outstanding experience for every guest who walks through our doors. Learn our menu and run piping hot food to guests in an organized manner We're Looking For Someone Who Loves working with people. Has a positive attitude and strong communication skills. Takes pride in providing excellent hospitality. Stays organized and composed during busy shifts. Enjoys working as part of a team. Is dependable and arrives on time. Can work independently when needed. Restaurant or customer service experience is a plus—but we're happy to train the right person. Why Shenanigans?
