Duties Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements, ensuring a smooth and welcoming arrival experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, processing sales transactions efficiently Provide expert cocktail, wine, spirits, and beverage service, upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and give correct change using POS systems Maintain cleanliness of tables, bar area, and service stations through bussing and sanitation practices Support food safety standards by following proper food handling procedures and ensuring compliance with health regulations Experience Previous food service experience in restaurants or hospitality settings for at least 1 year is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Experience in fine dining, nightclub environments, or casual dining establishments enhances your ability to deliver exceptional guest service Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage trends is advantageous Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and guest relations focus Ability to perform basic math accurately for processing orders, bills, and cash handling tasks Join us if you're passionate about creating memorable dining experiences!
