This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere, managing guest flow, and delivering excellent dining experiences for every customer. Position Summary The lead server is responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations and seating, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit. This role requires strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities Host Duties:

Welcome and greet guests with a warm and professional attitude Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements Maintain smooth guest flow during peak hours Answer phone calls and provide accurate restaurant information Ensure the entrance, waiting area, and host stand are clean and organized

Server Duties:

Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently Deliver food and drinks promptly and correctly Provide menu recommendations and explain specials Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining areas Requirements Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Must be able to stand for long periods and carry trays/plates Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Pay:

$10.00 - $20.00 per hour
