As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences by delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Duties Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Provide knowledgeable recommendations regarding menu items and specials. Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to guests. Monitor guest needs throughout their dining experience and provide assistance as necessary. Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Assist with food preparation as needed while adhering to food safety standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations. Uphold company policies regarding guest relations, food handling, and safety procedures. Qualifications Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously. Previous experience in food service or guest services is preferred but not required. Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
