Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and attentive Server to join our vibrant hospitality team! As a Server, you will be the face of our restaurant, providing exceptional guest experiences through friendly service, expert knowledge of our menu and beverage offerings, and seamless order processing. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create memorable dining moments that keep guests coming back. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your food industry expertise while working in a lively, fast-paced environment. This is a great tip opportunity -- servers keep all of their own tips! Duties Greet guests warmly, present menus confidently, and assist with menu selections to enhance their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Toast POS as well as ensuring timely and correct delivery Process sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling and credit card payments, while maintaining accuracy Upsell menu items, wine pairings, and specialty cocktails to maximize sales opportunities Serve food and beverages with professionalism, including cocktail preparation and beverage service, adhering to food safety standards Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables , service stations, and dining areas; bus tables promptly after guests leave Requirements Knowledge of POS systems such as Toast POS Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude and the ability to engage guests effectively Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while managing multiple tables or tasks simultaneously Time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours without compromising service quality Basic math skills for bill calculations, tip processing, and inventory management; understanding of food safety standards is essential Join our team as a Server where your passion for hospitality meets your desire to deliver outstanding guest experiences!
