We are hiring experienced Servers that are looking to grow in a fast paced exciting work environment. Servers should be available to work nights and weekends, including Sundays, with some holidays. Summary As a Server, you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service and enhancing the dining experience for our guests. Reporting to the restaurant manager, you will utilize your core skills in POS systems, food handling, and customer service to efficiently take orders and serve food. Your premium skills, including experience with Focus POS, will aid in managing transactions and ensuring smooth operations. With relevant experience in food preparation and guest services, you will contribute to a welcoming atmosphere, making each visit memorable for our patrons. Responsibilities and Skills Required for a Server Ensuring an Exceptional Dining Experience Responsibilities Welcoming guests: From the moment guests enter the restaurant till they leave, servers are responsible for providing a warm and friendly welcome Recognizing the pace: Servers must identify and maintain the pace that guests prefer, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience.
Adapting to fast-paced environments:
The ability to adapt swiftly to changing situations is crucial in a dynamic work environment.
Taking orders:
Accurately taking and delivering orders to the kitchen while accommodating any special requests or dietary restrictions.
Serving food and beverages:
Ensuring that food and beverages are served promptly and correctly, adhering to the restaurant's standards.
Handling payments:
Efficiently processing payments and providing guests with receipts, ensuring accuracy in billing.
Maintaining cleanliness:
Keeping the dining area clean and organized, including resetting tables for the next guests.

Offering knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, daily specials, and wine pairings.
