As a server , you will provide exceptional guest experiences by providing attentive, friendly, and professional service. Your role will involve taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring each guest leaves satisfied and eager to return. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality skills in a lively environment while contributing to a memorable dining experience for every guest. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide professional, attentive service Take accurate food and beverage orders using our Toast POS system Have a strong knowledge of the menu , including food and beverage offerings Make recommendations and answer guest questions about menu items Serve food, cocktails, spirits, wine, and beverages with precision and flair, ensuring presentation standards are met Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods securely Maintain clean and organised tables and work areas Upsell menu items including appetisers , cocktails or desserts to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Assist with bussing tables, resetting dining areas quickly to prepare for the next guests Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably in full-service or fine dining Experience using Toast POS or similar restaurant POS systems Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude Ability to manage time effectively during busy service hours while multitasking efficiently Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktails, and beverage service Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and handling cash safely Experience with food safety practices and sanitation standards in the food industry Previous server/hostess/ bussing experience is a plus but not required; a passion for hospitality is essential We are looking for motivated team members who take pride in providing exceptional hospitality.
