Take customer orders accurately for dine-in, takeout, and phone orders. Prepare and package to-go orders, ensuring food quality, presentation, and order accuracy. Serve food and beverages to customers promptly and courteously. Prepare and refill drinks, including soft drinks, tea, and water. Monitor tables and respond to customer requests to provide excellent service. Process payments and operate the cash register/POS system. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining, service, and packaging areas. Restock supplies, condiments, beverages, and takeout containers as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction. Follow food safety, sanitation, and restaurant policies at all times. Skills Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and order accuracy Team-oriented and dependable Basic cash handling and POS system experience
