Responsibilities Greet guests warmly, present menus confidently, and assist with menu selections based on their preferences and dietary needs Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable, ensuring timely processing of sales transactions Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and sanitation in food handling and beverage service Upsell menu items including cocktails, wines, spirits, and specialty dishes to enhance guest experience and increase sales revenue Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, process payments swiftly, and provide correct change or receipts Maintain a clean and organized work area by bussing tables, resetting stations, and adhering to sanitation standards in food safety practices Foster positive guest relations through attentive service, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment Experience Previous food service experience in restaurants or hospitality settings is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms is advantageous Experience with cocktail mixing, wine knowledge, spirits handling, and beverage service enhances your ability to upsell effectively Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently during busy hours while maintaining quality service Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and excellent communication abilities Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Experience in fine dining environments or high-volume restaurants is a plus Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences!
