Job Description

Bottles and Bones in Suwanee is seeking an experienced and professional Servers Assistant to join our team. We seek high-energy, enthusiastic, hospitality driven team players to become part of our family. Situated in the Suwanee Town Center, Bottles and Bone is the answer to the traditional steakhouse: A modern American chophouse that's sophisticated yet approachable, chef-driven and customer-focused, high quality and high energy, delivering an experience that transcends 90 minutes of fine dining. The role of the Server Assistant is to ensure our guests receive the best hospitality experience from the moment they enter our restaurant.
Responsibilities include:
Deliver food orders to customers quickly and accurately Uphold sanitation and food safety principles Bus tables by removing dirty dishes and trash Check in with customers to ensure their experience is satisfactory Relay reports of customer satisfaction to the management and relevant parties Ensure patrons have all the appropriate tableware they need to properly enjoy their food Assist setting up tables before service with appropriate utensils, napkins and decorations Handle various impromptu requests from customers Wiping up water spills, food stains and dirt from tables Replacing cutlery and glassware in anticipation of new diners To apply, please submit your resume.
