Job Summary Wok Provisions is looking for a friendly, dependable, and hardworking Server to join our team. We serve authentic Chinese cuisine in a fast-paced, welcoming environment and are seeking someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is a team player who can efficiently assist dine-in guests while also helping with takeout and delivery orders. Responsibilities Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude. Take dine-in, takeout, and phone orders accurately. Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently. Pack takeout and delivery orders, ensuring all food items, sauces, utensils, and condiments are complete and accurate. Verify orders before handing them to customers or delivery drivers. Process cash and credit card payments using the POS system. Answer customer questions and make menu recommendations. Refill drinks, clear tables, and provide attentive service throughout the dining experience. Maintain a clean and organized dining room, service stations, and front counter. Complete opening, closing, and side work duties. Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate service. Qualifications Previous restaurant or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Friendly, reliable, and punctual. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Weekend and holiday availability is preferred. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
