Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their breakfast experience Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring proper food handling and sanitation standards Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation quality and adherence to food safety protocols Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Clear tables efficiently, bus dishes, and assist with kitchen or food preparation tasks as needed Manage guest inquiries about menu options, restaurant amenities, or special requests with professionalism Maintain cleanliness of service areas, ensure proper sanitation practices, and follow all health regulations Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations and order processing Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and handle guest relations effectively Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy breakfast hours Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Experience in serving, bussing, or host/hostess roles within the food industry is highly desirable Basic kitchen experience or culinary background is a plus for supporting food preparation when needed Join us as a Breakfast Server and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences from the moment they walk through our doors.
