The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and valued. Duties Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations to enhance the dining experience. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Aloha POS system. Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining guest satisfaction. Deliver food and drinks promptly to tables while ensuring accuracy. Monitor guest needs throughout their meal, providing attentive service and addressing any concerns or requests. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change as necessary. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders and communicate any special requests or dietary restrictions from guests. Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the restaurant environment. Experience Previous experience in the food industry is preferred, particularly in a restaurant or nightclub setting. Familiarity with cash handling procedures is essential. Experience with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables during busy shifts. Basic math skills for processing payments accurately. Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
