Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a dynamic dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that guests have a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately using Square POS system. Provide recommendations on menu items and upsell specials to enhance the guest experience. Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards. Manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining excellent time management skills. Process payments accurately through cash handling and basic math skills. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and adhering to sanitation standards. Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, fostering positive guest relations. Assist with hosting duties as needed, ensuring smooth operations during peak hours. Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred, particularly in fine dining or nightclub environments. Culinary experience or knowledge of food handling practices is a plus. Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest satisfaction. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing time efficiently. Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling are essential.
