Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a positive dining experience Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area Utilize reservation management tools like Resy to coordinate seating arrangements and optimize table turnover Follow food safety protocols and sanitation guidelines to uphold health standards in food service Experience Previous restaurant experience, particularly in fine dining is highly desirable Proven skills in customer service, guest relations, and upselling techniques Experience with food handling, sanitation practices, and basic math for cash handling transactions Familiarity with restaurant operations such as serving, bussing, hosting/hostess duties, and food preparation Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of the food industry standards for safety and hospitality excellence Join us to be part of a dynamic team where your passion for hospitality shines!
