Job DescriptionAs a cocktail server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests by taking beverage orders, preparing, serving cocktails, and ensuring a memorable experience.
Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, offering menus, and taking beverage orders promptlyPrepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and other beverages according to recipes and guest preferencesMaintain a thorough knowledge of cocktail recipes, ingredients, and beverage offeringsCarry and balance full trays of beverages while navigating the casino area efficientlyMaintain a clean and organized work areaCollaborate with bartenders, servers, and other staff to provide seamless serviceAdhere to all property, company, health, safety, state, regulatory, and liquor service regulationsAnticipate guests' needs and provide attentive service throughout their visit QualificationsMust be at least 18 years of ageMinimum of six (6) months of experience as a cocktail server or in a similar role preferredExcellent customer service skills with friendly outgoing personalityStrong knowledge of cocktail recipes and beverage preparationAbility to handle cash and process payments accuratelyStrong communication and interpersonal skillsStamina to work on feet for extended periods of timeAttention to detail and ability to follow directionsAbility to carry and balance trays weighing up to ten (10) poundsAbility to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certificationsWillingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysAbility to work in smoke, flashing lights, and excessive noise.
