Job Description

TruStile Doors LLC is seeking a Training Coordinator to support skill development and safety in our manufacturing environment. This role designs, schedules, and administers training programs for production and support staff, focusing on standard operating procedures, quality, and safety. Responsibilities include coordinating onboarding, tracking certifications, maintaining training records, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The Training Coordinator partners closely with operations leaders and subject-matter experts to ensure employees have the knowledge, tools, and resources needed to produce high-quality, custom door products. Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule technical, safety, and quality training for manufacturing staff Administer onboarding programs for new hires, including required certifications Maintain accurate training records, matrices, and compliance documentation Support development and updates of SOPs and training materials Partner with supervisors and subject-matter experts to identify training needs Track training completion and prepare regular reports for leadership Facilitate classroom and hands-on training sessions as needed Support continuous improvement initiatives related to skills and performance Ensure training aligns with safety, quality, and productivity goals Coordinate use of LMS or other tools to manage training content and records Required Skills Training program coordination Manufacturing safety training Standard operating procedures (SOPs) Learning Management Systems (LMS) Instructional design basics Classroom and hands-on training delivery Onboarding program administration Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Training records and reporting Communication and facilitation
