Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Busser/Server and become a vital part of delivering exceptional dining experiences! In this energetic role, you will support the restaurant staff by ensuring tables are clean, well-prepared, and efficiently cleared to maintain a lively and welcoming atmosphere. Your positive attitude and excellent communication skills will help create memorable moments for our guests. Duties Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave, ensuring a spotless dining area for incoming patrons Assist servers by bussing tables, refilling water glasses, and delivering condiments or utensils as needed Support food service operations by helping with food handling and delivery to tables in coordination with servers Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sweeping floors, wiping surfaces, and organizing supplies Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction Assist with catering setups or special event support when required Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines related to food handling and restaurant hygiene standards Experience Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Knowledge of cleaning procedures, bussing techniques, and food industry best practices is advantageous Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Experience with hotel or catering services is a plus but not mandatory A friendly attitude coupled with excellent customer service skills is essential for success in this role Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to creating exceptional dining experiences!
