As a food runner you are to take the correct food out to each table, with a smile and create a personable interaction. Each plate that is given to our guests must be checked by the expo before it is taken out. It is important that each dish is properly plated and meets guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
  • Serve food out to guests
  • Learn to achieve expoing
  • Read tickets and memorize floor chart
  • Learn menu
Expectations:
  • Attention to detail
  • Teamwork with expo and have clear communication
  • Ensure positive dining experience
  • Follow food safety
