Job Summary We're on the lookout for a reliable and friendly Graveyard Server to join our team during the late-night hours. In this role, you'll be the face of our restaurant during the quiet, overnight shift, providing top-notch service to guests who are looking for a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and drinks, processing transactions, and ensuring our guests have an enjoyable experience. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit, including beverage and food service. Take orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and process sales transactions efficiently. Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness. Upsell menu items like desserts to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, including bussing tables and managing food safety practices. Handle cash transactions responsibly, including processing payments and giving accurate change. Assist with opening or closing duties during your shift to ensure smooth operations overnight. Experience Previous food service experience is highly preferred, especially in restaurant or hospitality settings. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Experience in casual dining environments helps in delivering exceptional guest relations. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks efficiently during busy hours. Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing tabs confidently. Understanding of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures is essential.
