As a member of the Coa Del Mar team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and unique dining experience for all of our guests.

• Responsibilities:

• 1.

• Supporting Servers:

• Assist servers in delivering impeccable service by clearing tables, refilling water glasses, and providing assistance as needed. 2.

• Food Running:

• Ensure prompt and accurate delivery of food from the kitchen to the respective tables, adhering to presentation standards and dietary preferences. 3.

• Table Setup:

• Assist in setting up and maintaining table settings, including silverware, glassware, and linens, to enhance the overall dining atmosphere. 4.

• Guest Interaction:

• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, promptly addressing any requests or concerns to ensure their satisfaction. 5.

• Collaboration:

• Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to coordinate orders and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests. 6.

• Cleanliness:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including clearing and resetting tables, and assisting in overall restaurant cleanliness. 7.

• Product Knowledge:

• Familiarize yourself with the restaurant's menu items, ingredients, and specials to provide accurate information and recommendations to guests.
