Join our team as a Server and become the heart of our exceptional dining experience! In this lively role, you will deliver outstanding guest service, expertly handle food and beverage orders, and create memorable moments for every guest. Your energy, hospitality skills, and attention to detail will ensure a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel valued and cared for. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS system. Upsell menu items, including cocktails, wines, spirits, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food handling, beverage service areas, and dining spaces in accordance with food safety regulations Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth operations Build rapport with guests by providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns promptly to foster guest relations and loyalty Qualifications Previous food service experience in restaurants or hospitality environments; fine dining experience is a plus Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining a positive attitude Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and handling cash confidently Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and guest-focused approach Experience in serving alcohol responsibly and understanding liquor laws; cocktail experience is preferred Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed We value passionate individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are eager to share their culinary knowledge.
