Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fine dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our restaurant. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings, including daily specials. Take accurate food and drink orders using the OpenTable system or similar platforms. Upsell menu items to enhance guest dining experiences. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests while maintaining attention to detail. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal and address any concerns promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely food preparation. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and utensils. Adhere to food handling and safety regulations at all times. Assist with other duties as assigned by management. Requirements Previous experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant settings is preferred. Strong knowledge of hospitality principles and guest relations. Basic culinary knowledge is a plus, along with familiarity with food preparation techniques. Excellent math skills for handling transactions accurately. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service. Must possess valid food handling certification or be willing to obtain one upon hire. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the restaurant's schedule.
