Responsibilities Deliver prepared food promptly from the kitchen to guest tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a clean and inviting dining area Assist servers with food running duties, including refilling drinks and delivering additional orders as needed Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including bussing tables, sweeping floors, and sanitizing surfaces in accordance with food safety standards Support the kitchen staff with basic food handling and preparation tasks when required Communicate effectively with team members using clear and professional language to ensure seamless service flow Monitor guest needs throughout their dining experience, providing attentive guest services to enhance satisfaction Qualifications Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Familiarity with banquet service, bussing, or kitchen operations enhances your candidacy Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and guests Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and perform physical tasks involved in bussing and food delivery Hospitality or hotel experience is advantageous but not mandatory; a positive attitude and eagerness to provide excellent guest service are key Join us in creating an energetic atmosphere where every guest leaves with a smile!
