Job Description

The Centralia House is seeking friendly, professional, and hospitality-driven Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will provide exceptional guest experiences by delivering attentive, knowledgeable, and personalized service in our upscale steakhouse and seafood restaurant. We are looking for team members who are passionate about great food, handcrafted cocktails, fine wine, and creating memorable dining experiences.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests promptly and provide warm, welcoming service. Guide guests through the menu, offering recommendations on food, wine, cocktails, and specials. Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders using the POS system. Deliver food and beverages with attention to presentation and timing. Anticipate guest needs and ensure an exceptional dining experience from start to finish. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked section. Process guest payments accurately. Work closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow team members to provide seamless service. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards.
Qualifications:
Previous serving experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required. Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
