Responsibilities Greet guests warmly, present menus confidently, and assist with menu selections based on guest preferences Take accurate orders using POS systems , ensuring timely communication with kitchen and bar staff Serve food and beverages efficiently, including wine, spirits, cocktails, and non-alcoholic drinks, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Process sales transactions accurately while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with precision Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests Support food safety protocols by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation practices at all times Qualifications Proven experience as a server in a food service or restaurant environment Strong knowledge of POS systems Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and handle guest relations professionally Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing sales transactions Culinary experience or kitchen familiarity is advantageous but not required; food preparation knowledge is beneficial Join us if you're passionate about delivering memorable dining experiences!
