Key Qualifications:

Valid Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) credentials required Previous experience working in schools or with pediatric populations is a plus Strong communication skills and an adaptable, collaborative mindset Comfortable working with a diverse K-12 caseload Eagerness to work under the guidance of a virtual PT supervisor

Responsibilities:

Deliver direct and supportive PTA services to students as outlined in their educational plans Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports for each student Communicate regularly with teachers, school staff, parents, and the supervising PT to discuss goals and student progress Support students in developing strength, mobility, and functional skills to enhance their participation in school activities Maintain a positive and encouraging atmosphere for students during sessions Enjoy a weekly schedule of 37.5 hours spread over five days, allowing you to build strong relationships and see measurable progress with your students. Compensation for this role includes a competitive rate of $35 per hour, distributed with weekly pay cycles.
