Server The Server is responsible for providing an excellent dining experience for every guest while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized dining room. The Server is accountable for following Lincoln Inn's steps of service, maintaining their serving station, and supporting the overall success of the dining room team. Roles & Responsibilities1.

Sanitization / Food

Safety (Server Station/Tables) Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, tables, and server station while ensuring everything meets or exceeds health code and food-safety standards. 2. Responsible for Dining Room Guest Experience Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to every guest. Anticipate guest needs, respond to requests, and work to ensure each guest has a positive dining experience. 3. Follow Steps of Service to Serve All Dining Room Guests Consistently follow Lincoln Inn's established steps of service when serving all dining room guests. Provide accurate, timely, and professional service from the beginning of the guest's visit through payment and departure. 4. Keep Serving Station Clean and Stocked at All Times Keep the serving station clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout the shift. Complete necessary side work and maintain the station so the team is prepared to provide efficient service. 5. Answer Phones and Take To-Go Orders Answer incoming phone calls professionally and accurately take to-go orders. This is a primary responsibility on weekdays and a secondary responsibility on weekends. Core Values1. Helpful

Accountability The Server is accountable to the Dining Room Shift Lead for the successful execution of their responsibilities and for contributing to the overall guest experience in the dining room.

Pay:

$15.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 - 40.0 per week
