Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Process cash and credit transactions accurately, including handling cash handling and sales transaction processing Maintain food safety standards by following sanitation protocols and proper food handling procedures Assist with bussing tables, setting up dining areas, and supporting host/hostess duties as needed to ensure a smooth flow of service Experience Proven food service experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable is highly preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests and handle guest relations professionally Experience with wine knowledge, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service enhances your ability to upsell effectively Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods Familiarity with food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and basic math for accurate check processing Previous fine dining or upscale restaurant experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential Join us in creating exceptional dining experiences where energy meets professionalism!
