• Job Summary:

• We are seeking a skilled Server and food runners to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, and delivering food and beverages to our guests in a timely manner.

• Duties:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Present menus and answer questions about menu items
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure all items are prepared timely
• Serve food and beverages to guests
• Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction with each course
• Clear tables and maintain a clean dining area
• Process payments accurately

• Skills:

• Experience in hospitality and guest relations
• Strong math skills for order taking and bill processing
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and culinary terms
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, particularly in fine dining settings
• Understanding of kitchen operations for order coordination This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic restaurant environment where you can showcase your customer service skills while being part of a dedicated team.
