Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages Process sales transactions smoothly while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables and assisting in food handling and preparation when needed Ensure food safety protocols are followed during service, including proper food handling and sanitation practices Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a focus on customer satisfaction Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage guests positively Ability to manage time effectively during busy service periods Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Experience with fine dining or high-volume restaurant settings preferred Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing tabs confidently Familiarity with food safety standards and sanitation procedures in the food industry Previous experience with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor Join us as a Server to bring energy, enthusiasm, and exceptional service to every guest's experience!
