Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable, ensuring efficiency and precision Serve food and drinks promptly, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, with a focus on presentation and guest satisfaction Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Process cash transactions and credit card payments accurately while handling cash safely and responsibly Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting overall restaurant operations Qualifications Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; fine dining experience is a plus Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order processing and sales transactions Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking efficiently Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service standards Experience with food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations Culinary or kitchen experience is advantageous but not required; willingness to learn is essential Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest satisfaction and restaurant revenue Join us in creating memorable dining experiences where hospitality meets excellence!
