Job Summary Join our vibrant team as a Server, where your enthusiasm and dedication will create memorable dining experiences for our guests. In this role, you will be the friendly face that guides guests through their culinary journey, ensuring exceptional service from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and providing personalized recommendations to enhance guest satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while working with a diverse team committed to excellence. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS systems Serve food and drinks promptly, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods Upsell menu items and beverage options to increase sales and enhance guest experience Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations Assist with food running, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff when needed Use OpenTable or similar reservation systems to manage guest seating and reservations Demonstrate excellent guest relations skills by addressing questions, special requests, and feedback professionally Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth restaurant operations Qualifications Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred Proficiency with POS systems Strong knowledge of wine, beverage service, and food safety standards Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and process sales swiftly Basic math skills for order calculations and payment processing Knowledge of food preparation, sanitation practices, and food industry regulations Experience with serving alcohol responsibly and understanding alcohol laws is preferred (BASSET required) Host/hostess or cashiering experience is an advantage; hospitality background highly valued Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences!
