As a Team Hero, you will play a crucial role in delivering an outstanding dining experience to our customers. Your passion for great food and exceptional service will help us maintain our reputation as a favorite dining destination.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude Assist customers in selecting menu items and provide recommendations based on their preferences Prepare and assemble menu items with precision and attention to detail Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times Handle transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including dining and kitchen areas Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a seamless customer experience Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously Uphold Hummus Republic's values and contribute to a positive team culture

Requirements:

Previous experience in the food service or hospitality industry is a plus, but not required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Passion for healthy, delicious food and a commitment to customer satisfaction
