Job Summary Join our vibrant hospitality team as a Busser/Food Runner, where your energy and enthusiasm will help create memorable dining experiences for our guests! In this dynamic role, you will support the service staff by maintaining a clean and inviting environment, efficiently delivering food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Your proactive attitude and attention to detail will be key in helping our restaurant run smoothly and seamlessly. Duties Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a clean and welcoming dining area Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Assist with bussing tables by removing used dishes, glassware, and utensils while adhering to safe manual handling practices Support kitchen staff with basic food handling, preparation, or setup tasks as needed Maintain cleanliness of service stations, dining areas, and restrooms through regular cleaning routines Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and guests to ensure smooth service flow Handle heavy lifting safely when transporting supplies or equipment around the restaurant Skills Experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting with safe lifting practices Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Excellent customer service skills to create a positive guest experience Experience with banquet or hotel service environments is advantageous Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations while maintaining attention to detail Basic culinary knowledge or kitchen experience can enhance performance in supporting food running duties Join us in delivering exceptional hospitality!
