Server - Full-Time | Relocation Candidates Welcome We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and detail-oriented Server to join our team at Spice Club Indian Dining & Cocktail Lounge in Brownsburg, Indiana. Hindi-speaking candidates are strongly preferred, and we are open to candidates who are willing to relocate to the Indianapolis/Brownsburg area. Responsibilities Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to every guest Accurately manage and serve your designated section Take food and drink orders correctly and enter them into the Square POS system Quickly learn and memorize our food menu, cocktails, beverages, ingredients, and basic dish descriptions Be able to confidently answer guest questions and make menu recommendations Check orders for accuracy before serving them to guests Maintain awareness of every table in your section and provide timely service Keep your assigned section clean, organized, and properly reset throughout the shift Sweep, wipe tables, clean service areas, and complete assigned side work Roll and polish silverware as part of opening, closing, and side-work responsibilities Assist other servers and team members when needed Learn restaurant procedures quickly and become comfortable using Square POS Maintain a clean and professional appearance Follow all restaurant food safety, alcohol service, and customer-service standards What We're Looking For Hindi and English speaking proficiency preferred Previous restaurant or serving experience preferred Fast learner with the ability to memorize dishes and drinks quickly Comfortable learning and using technology/POS systems Strong attention to detail and order accuracy Able to handle multiple tables during busy periods Dependable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team Positive attitude and strong communication skills Willing to complete cleaning and side-work responsibilities — this is a team-oriented restaurant Candidates willing to relocate are encouraged to apply We are looking for someone who takes pride in their section, learns quickly, provides accurate service, and is willing to grow with our restaurant.
