Server Job Description Our Server's ensure our guests have an exceptional dining experience! Interacting with guests to provide menu recommendations, take and deliver food and beverages orders in a friendly and professional manner. Attention to detail, team player and ability to multitask are what make our Server's successful.

What You Will Do:

Prove menu recommendations, ingredients, and preparation methods to guests. Complete orders and process payment transactions in POS system. Make recommendations based on guests' preferences, dietary restrictions or food allergies. Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring accuracy, presentation, and timing for each table. Check on guests during their meals to ensure satisfaction and address requests/concerns. Provide attentive and personalized service, anticipating guests' needs. Handle guest concerns professionally and bring issues to management when necessary. Communicate effectively with team members to facilitate a positive working environment.

About You:

Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred but not required. Positive attitude, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enjoyment of family atmosphere. Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Strong multitasking and time management abilities. Attention to detail, you notice the little details because they matter. Knowledge of food and beverage menus, including dietary restrictions and allergies. Basic math skills. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Able to lift 35lbs, stand, walk, lift and carry trays throughout shift.
