Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Square POS, and OpenTable Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring proper presentation and quality standards are met Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, service stations, and dining areas in compliance with food safety regulations Assist with food handling, food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately while processing payments efficiently Foster positive guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a memorable experience Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order processing and cashiering Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods smoothly Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities Previous host/hostess or serving experience is a plus; culinary or kitchen experience is beneficial Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and billing processes Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and ensure seamless service delivery Join us in creating vibrant dining experiences where energy meets excellence!
