What Winning Looks Like In This Role You greet every guest promptly with genuine energy You know the menu and make confident recommendations You take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them correctly into the POS You deliver items quickly and check back consistently You anticipate refills and guest needs before being asked You communicate clearly with bartenders, runners, and server assistants You handle guest concerns professionally and escalate when needed You process payments accurately and efficiently You maintain clean, organized tables throughout service You follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards If something is delayed, you communicate.
